What I liked

I was a patient in the Day unit where I can say from the moment I was in the reception area to the moment I left I could see a very professional team on duty, organised, attentive and bonding. I have worked within the NHS for quite a number of years including being involved with setting up a day unit in another hospital but what I saw was streets ahead.

What could be improved

Possibly for them to know they have support from senior management in the trust for the hard work and dedication.

Anything else?

If a department award is ever given then this is a front runner and recognition should be shown. A credit to the NHS.
