The staff in A&E were extremely helpful and the old lady that I brought in after a fall was seen to very quickly. I've just called to make sure she was ok too and the staff kindly found that out for me straight away and let me know. All in all, it was an excellent service that they provided both at the reception desk and the nurse in triage. Well done.
