What I liked
When i did complain they pulled out all the stops to ensure i was treated very well and on time. But it took a letter to the cheif executive to get this far!
What could be improved
Double booking appointments and a 90 minute waiting time by 10 am is just silly, especially as most of us have to work!
Anything else?
I did receive an apology for the poor time keeping and i have been told the time keeping problem will be addressed.
