I was recently in Glenfield for a procedure (day-case) and have nothing but praise for the staff , from the cleaner to the member of staff who gave out the tea, all the way to the consultant. From the moment I arrived until the minute I left not one fault could be found. I would like to say a big thank-you to all concerned for faultless treatment.
