With 15 years experience of Worcester Royal and Kidderminster hospitals, mainly for out-patient visits but also overnight stays for cardiac matters, I have found both hospitals to offer extraordinarily satisfactory care and treatment. Cardiac stents, a hernia operation, eye care and digestive tract problems have all been treated with care and consideration for the patient. My experience has always been very favourable and waiting-room times satisfactorily short. Grateful thanks are extended to all the staff...office and secretarial, nursing, technician and specialist consultants. I do not understand the complaints which are so often publicised. Not my experience at all! But the car parking arrangements at Kidderminster need looking at!
