I was seen quickly. The nurse was very friendly

What could be improved

I was suffering (as I later learned) classic heart attack symptoms; they lasted for about three hours. I was taken to A&E by my wife.After they ended I was sent home with the suggestion that I was suffering from heartburn and should see my GP. The following night the symptoms recurred but I felt that it must be digestive and suffered through. I then went on a conference to Cardiff and had another attack, was taken to hospital, given emergency angioplasty and some weeks later a quintuple bypass from which I am now making a good recovery. I have nothing but praise for the University Hospital of Wales, but feel very badly let down by East Surrey. I have had no follow-up enquiry from East Surrey
