The treatment given to my daughter during her pregnancy yesterday the 17th August was first rate
What could be improved
Your parking. There is no tariff on display and I was unaware that I had 15 minutes to exit without charge(I found this out on your web site just now) I dropped my wife on at the maternity unit and the clothing etc that my daughter required at 11.06. I was back at the pay point 10 minutes after entering the car park (11.16) and was charged £2.00 You simply lose brownie points for such poor systems and I for one was massively annoyed to have paid 20p per minute for my parking
Anything else?
You may need the money but please try not to lose goodwill by such poor systems or inadequate display.
