About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital / General medicine Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

Referred by TRAQS, letter Orthopaedic hospital.

The hospital, was sign posted off the A5.

The hospital was modern & efficient. My consultant was Mr. S. Hill who saw me 10 mins early. He examined my left ankle and described various treatment options to correct the posture. I was sent for x-rays, this was done quickly. Mr Hill checked the x-rays and suggested physiotherapy, with new shoe inserts, I agreed.

At all times, staff were polite and helpful. Mr. Hill explained everything in a practical and considerate way, I agreed to this course of action.
