Cleanliness, x-ray department most friendly.
What could be improved
Minor injuries waiting times, sunday evening wait time - 1hour, tuesday opening wait time 3 hours, keeping patients updated on waiting time, larger reception area has a que of around 5/10minutes.
Anything else?
Since minor injuries has been open to anyone not just people in swale, wait times have got very dissapointing, used to be a wait time of around 15mins, still better than medway wait times but its catching up. At one point 1 person was seen in an hour with 4 nurses on duty!
