I've just phoned to make a physiotherapy booking. I was told I have to come in with my referral form to do this.
I can not walk at the moment (I need some Physiotherapy) - so, I'm not impressed. Not a very good system really. Requiring someone to spend half a day struggling in and out rather than a 5 minute phone call.
