(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I first started coming to the Children's Centre with my little boy who could be a challenge at times but Sure Start really helped me with him. The sessions are really good and my little boy loves to come and also loves to see all the staff.

I have also done a few courses for myself which has helped me with my confidence. Now I have become a vounteer which I enjoy and feel part of the team.

Thank you for your comments. I am please that you have found the workers and thier advice helpful in regards to your son and that he enjoys coming along to the sessions. I am delighted that you found the courses useful and that they have impacted on your confidence. Its good to hear that you hvae decided to become a volunteer and that you are made to feel to part of the team.
