Recently admitted to Ninewells Hospital AMU, care I received was outstanding. Many thanks to Consultant Arun Chaudhury and his team for looking after me. The nurses & assistants treated me with dignity & respect & kept reassuring me. Well done everyone, you are all doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work!

Dear Goobie

Thank so much for your feedback and compliments to our had working staff.

Because we deal with people who are very unwell and who move quickly on from our area we often don't get to find out how things went for them or how they felt about the care they received from us. All feedback, good and bad, helps us to learn & improve as we try to make the overall experience of everyone on the unit (patients, carers & staff) as good as can be expected in the circumstances of ill health and worry.

Hearing someone felt so well looked after by us is means an incredible amount to us especially to Dr Chaudhuri who you have sepcifically mentioned. I'll make sure the whole team receive this feedback today.
