What could be improved

Waiting times, customer service.

I waited 40minutes to see a Dr in a clinic. Patients were entering the clinic after me and seeing the Dr before me. The Dr did not applogise, and when asking the receptionist after waiting half and hour she replied she did not know exactly when I would be seen, but ' I was at the top of the list'.

After consultation the receptionist was no where to be seen to book further appointments. ??

Anything else?

Different departments in this hospital seem to be better than others.
