Visited A & E following a minor injury. Was greeted promptly by reception. Seen very swiftly by practice nurse, followed by an xray and then a short wait to see practice nurse for wound dressing. All members of staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better experience despite reason for being there!
