About: Trafford General Hospital

It's a simple as this - nobody ever answers the phone in ortho, open 2 days a week apparently - can I specifically direct my national insurance contributions to this department as it is a joke! Don't bother leaving a message either as nobody will get back to you - if this was a business it would be liquidated by now!

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to apologise on behalf of the Orthodontics Department at Trafford for the less than satisfactory experience you have had when trying to contact the team. Patient feedback is extremely important to us and we will use your comments to help improve our service in the future.

The phone number for Orthodontics is directed to a nursing phone as unfortunately we do not have an administrator within this department. Therefore when clinics are running nurses are not always able to answer calls. They do aim to answer all messages left however we can see that your message was not responded to and we am extremely sorry for this. The Dental Hospital is reviewing this service and the potential for administrative support in the future to ensure the team are contactable and that others do not have the same experiences you have had.
