"attacked"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

we were visiting family in the stroke unit when my 13 year old daughter was attacked by another patient, nurses attacked quickly. I am extremly disappointed to not have had any follow up call with an apology or to see if my daughter was seriously hurt. I was requested by a nurse to put a complaints form in so this does not happen again. i rang up to do this to be put threw to the wrong department to be given another number which was the wrong number. i take it you dont want my complaint? well tough i will be telling everybody
