"Accommodating and friendly appointment"

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital / Cardiology

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had an appointment to have a heart monitor fitted. I was arriving back in Liverpool that morning after a visit to a friend and thought that I would need to cancel the appointment but the clinic kindly put the appointment back an hour to allow me to get there. They warned me that this might mean me waiting a little while to get seen but in fact I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. I found the staff to be accommodating and friendly.
