"My day stay in hospital"

About: Leicester General Hospital

Last Tuesday was the first time I had been admitted to hospital. I was phoned on Friday to go as a day patient to have a general anaesthetic and have a polyp removed from my womb. The sister who greeted us and everyone on the ward were great. All staff were kind and considerate. I would never be worried if I had to go to hospital again the whole experience put me at ease. I was admitted at 7.00am had my op at 5.00pm and was home at 8.10pm Thanks you to everyone who looked after me.
