"Fracture Unit - waiting for an appointment"

I had a 2.10 appointment to review my X-ray and CT scans and advise me of whether I had a fracture or a chipped bone. I arrived at 2.05 and waited and waited. At 3.30 I heard that there was some delay but couldn't quite hear the announcement. I believe it was for the Doctor I was waiting to see but that was the first and only time we had been told anything. I feel we were not kept informed and when I ask when I would be seen and stated that I had a particular issue with the delay I don't feel I had the understanding and consideration that one would hope for in a caring world.
