"Complications after blood test"

I had a blood test in the hospital. My arm has been swollen for 5 days now! I had to go to the Emergency in UCHL because of that! the first day I could not move my fingers, the entire arm was swollen, the pain was from the shoulder through the fingers. . Now I can move the fingers, but the arm is still very painful and bruises all around the arm. I still cannot straighten my arm properly! I wrote a complaint email to the Hospital, there is no even a reply!The doctors in the Emergency in University Collage Hospital said this will go on for at least 2 weeks, because there is nerve and vein damage. The hospital wrote a letter to my GP to follow my arm for 10-14 days! When I told the person who was taking the blood that they hurt my arm, instead of apologizing they made a very ugly and cheap joke which made me feel even more sick! Please train your staff about how to operate their job, and how to communicate patients. Never Chase Farm again.
