"Caring staff who go above and beyond"

About: Chapel Allerton Hospital

The staff were helpful, explained everything carefully and kept a close eye on all of their patients in our ward. When I told them I was coeliac, they did their utmost to help with my dietary needs and one of the staff even went out and bought loaf of bread so that I could have some toast for breakfast. The waiting time was minimal on discharge. Not a bad word to say, well done to all staff there.

Dear V Firth,

Thank you for taking the time to write to us.

Your post is wonderful to read and I am extremely pleased that you had such a positive experience whilst in our care.

I have passed your kind words to the Matron and Head of nursing for Chapel Allerton, Unfortunately you haven’t stated what ward you were on, It would have been lovely to give such positive feedback to the specific staff members that where involved in your care, However I know that all the staff members at Chapel Allerton will be delighted to know that they are delivering a level of care that met your needs and fulfilled your expectations.

With kind regards

Rosie
