About: Heartlands Hospital

(as the patient),

CPAP Machine service only, due to building works was lost entirely, but plenty of directional help from staff.

at destination attended to in manner I have come to expect from NHS.

nothing but friendly helpful staff, credit to uniform

I'm so pleased that you found all of the staff you spoke with were helpful and that the service you received in our Respiratory Physiology Department was to an expected standard.
