What I liked
For a minor arthritic joint problem I waited only 6 weeks for referral, then only 1 WEEK for day care operation. Pre-op visit was good with helpful knowlegable staff, including MRSA swab. Actual day was good, with same staff members throughout, clean ward. Overall an excellent experience - for an op costed at £5000 privately, for same time frame.
What could be improved
Not a lot given the constrictions of the existing K&S rabbit warren buildings.
