What I liked
Yes, the building is old, but everyone was so helpful and kind. My experience was good: efficient, friendly staff who explained everything clearly, a short waiting time. The information pack that was sent out before my appointment was clear and explained difficulties about parking and how to overcome them etc.

New building, but it is coming!
