I have unfortunately been in the hospital several times, both as a referred outpatient and via A& E, all departments had excellent service with full treatments explained in detail. leaflets were very precise and detailed. Treatment in all departments was very good with friendly staff who explained everything in detail. The hospital volunteers provide a great help in directing around the site. Many thanks .
