"Long waiting times"

Waited 2 hours with no clear queuing procedure. People coming in after me were being seen first despite their injuries seemingly of no higher severity and without any triage being done to order patients in terms of clinical need. Advised at least another hour wait as 5 people in front of me. There weren't much more than that in total when I arrived 2 hours ago! No sense of urgency or speed by staff who seemed indifferent to the 3 hour wait despite growing unrest from those waiting. No helpful updates. Not sure if I've just been unlucky or whether this is standard practise.
