"neurology department - couldn't care less!"

i was seen by Neurology team because of full body tremors and constant dizzyness that i've been experiencing for months and months. After a 45 min consultation they diagnosed Functional Motor Disorder. Gave me a leaflet about the condition and sent me on my way. No tests , no support , no treatment and no further appointments. I''m 47 yrs old and unable to perfom daily tasks or go shopping on my own. My condition is getting worse and i feel completely let down by the team at Queens Hosp.
