(as the patient),

Initially, x-rays on two occasions failed to identify problem. MRI revealed fractures of femoral head and necrosis of the hip.

Two operations cancelled. (One due to need for general anaesthetic. ) Ten weeks later operation completed at Lincoln County hospital by Mr Prasad Antapur. - Fantastic result. Within 8 weeks a new, pain free life with greater mobility and able to use an exercise bicycle again. - Quality of life restored.

In addition to a fine consultant, who has fantastic surgical skill, together with fantastic listening skills, the physiotherapy and care in Neustadt-welton ward was first class.
