"Lovely place to be treated"

About: Alnwick Infirmary

Had to call into the Minor Injuries whilst on holiday (to have stiches removed following a procedure carried out in Liverpool). All staff were very friendly and helpful. I was seen straight away and was told to pop back if I had any concerns - which I did later in the week. Again all staff were great and once again I was seen straight away. The staff were very reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital.

Dear Nick,

Really sorry to hear that your holiday in Northumberland involved two trips to our minor injuries unit!

Delighted that our fantastic staff went some way to compensate for this by offering you the care you needed, quickly, professionally and with kindness. That's exactly the service we want to provide always. Thanks for taking the time to share this with us, it means a lot.

Safe journey home and look forward to welcoming you back anytime.

Annie
