"SEAL Unit"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

I attended the SEAL unit for a minor operation under local anaesthetic on 24th April. All of the staff I came into contact with were considerate and concerned for my welfare. The professionalism shone and there was obviously a team ethic. The operating team were amazing. I was under the care of the consultant who supervised the doctor who performed the operation. I was kept informed at every stage and a nurse even held my hand as I was given the injections near my eye. After the operation I was taken to a recovery ward and offered tea or coffee. The person who brought it even poured the tea for me. ! I was looked after from start to finish and I could not have expected any better had I been a private patient. I cannot praise the SEAL Unit and the consultant's team enough.
