What I liked
waited 1.30 mins to talk to a nurse about my dad,we gave up in the end,the poor male matron only had 1 other staff with him,he never stopped running round at a fast pace,we travelled 30 miles to get some answers to no avail,very sad ,a great hospital which is understaffed.i feel someone will suffer due to staff shortage, nice matron,sadly overworked
What could be improved
someone to talk to relatives, more staff on wards
