I visited the unit today and cannot fault it at all. The service I received was the epitome of what one would hope for in terms of greeting on arrival (friendly, discrete), waiting time (less than 30 mins), triage nurse (caring, thorough), and then the doctor (informative, clear, professional). Thank you to the team today, an excellent service indeed.
