To startwith i was very sceptical as I am already terribly dissatisfied by my GP practice which are simply one of the worst in UK. The moment I entered the hospital, my mind already soothed a bit, looking into nice clean and calm sitting area ( exactly opposite of my GP ). Right at the reception the member of staff was extremely friendly and lovely . There were quite a few people in the sitting area however they all appeared very calm and it was a nice peaceful surrounding. regardign the treatment - the nurse who did the initial assesment may not be a very friendly peron but was alright, However the doctor was an extremely nice person to talk to and i immediately felt being taken care of very nicely just by their nice nd professional behaviour. My only complaint/request would be to please facilitate payment for prescription by card at the counter as it could really be helpful for people like us. Thanks & Regards
