What I liked

the toys were brilliant my son didnt want to go home ! the dr's and nurses explained everything to me every step of the way and were very friendly. everywhere was very clean. i couldnt fault them in any way.

What could be improved

everything was brilliant in the hospital my only problem was the parking of course !

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback. Your comments will be passed on to relevant staff at the Alex who will appreciate your kind support. We are glad to hear you were impressed with the high levels of cleanliness as infection control is a top priority for our hospitals. Unfortunately at the moment there is not enough parking for the number of patients coming in to the hospital but through our 3Ts programme there are plans in place to modernise the hospital site and this redevelopment will include appropriate parking facilities for our patients. We hope your son is recovering well.
