Just completed the Cardiac Rehab programme having had a heart attack October 2014. Really apprehensive about starting these exercise sessions as my confidence was in pieces. I can't recommend this programme and the brilliant staff highly enough - now exercising regularly, lost 10kg and haven't felt like this for years! Put any doubts about starting these sessions to one side, stick with the programme - it really is worth it!!
