"Brilliant staff!"

My daughter was admitted to Norbury (second admission) in February and is awaiting transfer to another hospital. Once again the care she is receiving is excellent. The staff go the extra mile for her and always take the time to talk to me when I visit so that I feel fully informed about what is happening. Other hospitals could learn a lot from the practice here (we have experienced a few over the years). I am also attending the weekly Carers Education Group programme - this is an outstanding programme. Keep up the good work you do please and thank you for supporting my daughter (and the family) so well.
