About: Royal Victoria Hospital (Folkestone) (Folkestone)

Thank you for taking such great care of me when I turned up with pins and needles all down my right side. Everyone was so kind, so caring, so thorough. You decided to send me to Ashford A and E and not only organised the ambulance but also made sure my car would not be charged for an overstay. Thank you so much for the great care you gave me, you made a stranger feel like family.

I'm sorry to learn that you had these problems while away from home. However, I am glad to note that everyone looked after you well - including your car! I hope you are now fully recovered.
