Went to A&E on 19/4/15 at 9:30am as fell on knee on concrete step. Receptionist was able to see all my details on computer from my dob and surname. Met by nurse in 5 minutes and by doctor within 20 minutes. Doctor changed my self administered dressing and sent me to X-ray department where wait was about 10 minutes. Doctor saw me again within 15 minutes of the x-ray and said nothing was broken and gave me the prognosis and prescribed an antibiotic to be collected from the hospital pharmacy. Doctor also gave me detailed notes of my meeting with them that they had sent to my GP. Nurse and doctor were pleasant and understood what I told them quickly and knew how to treat me.
