(as the patient),

I have been attending the Wellbeing group at Manor Road, Carlton, Nottinghamshire. It is ran by a CPN called Sue. I have made a new friend there and thoroughly enjoyed being part of the group. I particularly liked it when we done some Aromatherapy with CPN Tracey. I would like to thank Sue for having me in the group. It is a shame that there are only 2 weeks left to go.
