I needed to contact the 111 service, so I gave them a call and the operator told me a doctor would get back to me. I was told this would be the same day, or at the latest the next morning.
It’s now been a couple of days, and no-one has contacted me. This is concerning as I’ve been feeling unwell.
"Still waiting for doctor to get back to me"
