"I was treated with kindness and humility"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Nephrology

(as the patient),

Today I attended the PRH, nephrology department. I was treated with kindness and humility; I was very impressed with Dr Rahakrisna, both for her kindness and ability.

I have always had very good treatment from the NHS, the staff work very hard, sometimes under unforgiving conditions.
