"Too busy to care"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

The staff were spread too thin; on one occasion I had to get out of bed and find a bed pan for a patient who was bed bound and desperate to go to toilet and hang rang her bell for what seemed forever. You could go for ages without seeing any staff.
