"my first operation at New cross today 22/4/2015"

About: New Cross Hospital

I. Was dreading today since my son's sudden death in 2012 and the appalling treatment of my daughter at the manor hospital I chose new cross and I am totally amazed at the difference between the two hospitals. All the staff on A16 made me feel secure welcome and safe from reception to the ward to the operating theatre to recovery and back to the ward.They are a brilliant team they followed every procedure to the letter and beyond.I saw more care for patients than ever before . Everyone was relaxed looked after any concerns no matter how trivial was taken care of giving patients the attention and support. I was only in there for six hours the time flew I didn't experience any stress any fear I didn't feel alone apart from my hand now hurting a bit I enjoyed the experience it was such a releaf to finally be in a hospital that involved me in everything regards my treatment and well being .I no I'm going to annoy my doctor I saw today quality staff quality care and will refuse to go anywhere else Well done to everybody this is hospital worth every penny spent on it.
