"cancelled appointments"

About: Chapel Allerton Hospital

i need a follow up appointment for my shoulder replacement. The one on April 2nd was cancelled by them and a new one was made for mid April. I let them know it wasn't suitable as I am out of the country for three months but kept getting ones when I wasn't at home. Four times this has happened and want an appointment when I am back in the country between 5th July and 27th August. Why won't they listen? Please cancel my appointment on the 27th April 2015 and give me one mid July that's all I ask.
