"Not Happy"

About: Shotley Bridge Hospital Site

I was discharged from Physio and said pain management was my last option, so the physio referred me in December, I never heard anything, so in February I rang them, They had only forgot to refer me, so now I have waited even longer. I only got a letter late last week with my appointment date. So got up early today 22/04/15, just about to leave the house and guess what a phone, oh the doctor has called in sick and we have to cancel your appointment. So now 5 months and still no further forward. It is a total disgrace.
