"Doctors are very well nurses have behavioral..."

About: The Royal London Hospital

Still I am in hospital. Today I completed a week after a medium operation. It is a long story but I would like to share some examples only. I am a very co-operative and positive people. 1) I get cold because of window insulation. I explained nurse, who refused and said there is an automatic system. I did same complains to other nurses different day. Everyone have different story but last one provided extra blankets (micro fiber sheet, baby blanket size) . 2) The doctors used an epudurul system for prevent pain. It worked well. 4 days ago I feeled little pain on my back. I said they just looked, did not check properly. They said no problem. I complained 2 days for the problem nurses changed pillow positions etc. Finally i said the doctor, doctor checked and said epudurul was moved. Tomorrow I have MRI, i hope no problem. 3) Today I have endoscopy and cancelled. after Two porters come to me for transport to endocopy unit. I said it was cancelled. please ask to nurse. they talked nurse, after we go to endoscopy unit. Yes, it was cancelled, After long wait they moved me back. there is serious communication problems. 4) Epudurul was removed, replaced by PCU (button controlled pain killer). but between two process I waited 2 hours with very strong pain I used call button, nobody came. Finally I see a captured a cleaner, I said please send somebody. The cleaner said the nurse, I heard nurse responsed "just pain". This is very traumatic memory for me. 5) Today pcu unit removed, but same problem new medicines are not ready. After an hour the nurse find a medicine in injection, they drinked me, recovered me. After new medicines come. 6) Today same nurse removed my one of drain. I helped, This nurse is very well but, cannot able to control her fingers sensitively. No problem, I am happy, they did well. 7) Tonight, at 23:00 nurse said they need to change my room. I asked where is new room, they said not far, in same service, similar room. I am in a private room and they moved to me a public room maybe 8 peoples together. They did not lied maybe but they hide new room information. If they said truth I will accept, because I know rules. It is unethical behaviour. Usually the nurses does not listen carefully, some them in wrong job, because they are not supportive personality, they have long work hours, they can do routine jobs properly, but they have no idea about physcology. I hope this will help to someone. I am tired. Good night.
