"Poor care and attention"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

I visited the A&E and did not receive any respect, courtesy or compassion. Total lack of empathy and communication from the nursing staff (two nurses) and I do not feel they were suitable for the job. Long waiting did not help and when help was needed it was not there. My condition got worse during the wait and my husband had to plead for help. Care was inadequate and nursing staff attitudes were unsuitable. I will be making an official complaint.
