"Trying to get physio"

Outpatient of Gynaecology on 16th March 2015. Told me I had a rectocele and would need 3 months physio before my appointment in July 2015. Not received an appointment so rang Gynaecology secretaries who could not find my notes. They rang back to say my notes were left in my doctor's pigeon hole since the appointment and no referral has been made. It is now April 23rd 2015, when am I going to get an appointment as I don't have three months left before appointment.
