Having seen a consultant today Mr G I was treated quickly, calmly with the upmost respect and it was a refreshing and dare I say it, enjoyable visit to this hospital. After suffering for many months I was examined, diagnosed and treated in 1 simple visit. The ENT team are clearly a busy team but I felt like I was the only patient there. The ENT team get an excellent from me.

This is the second good experience I've had at this hospital, had it not been for the central appts team failing to book me in and being delayed for 3 months I'd have given excellent for every part of the process.

My only disappointment was to have to wait 40 mins for a prescription, but I respect others are more in need than I
