Following a bad cycling accident, when I was hit by a car, I would like to say that the care which I received from start to finish was impeccable. A paramedic arrived within 5-10 minutes, in rush hour and were very attentive to my needs when I was in a lot of shock and pain. I was assessed immediately and the Doctor was brilliant. The transition and organisation between triage and seeing all the relevant professionals for my different injuries was seamless. Everything was explained to me thoroughly in relation to my surgery and the different options that would be considered, Hopefully I won't have to visit again from a health perspective, but I can definitely be rest assured that if I do that the staff at QE are wonderful people who are genuinely passionate about what they do.
"Care was impeccable"
